About the Instructor
Dionne Palmer is currently the Incubator Manager for the Technology Innovation Centre, at the Joan Duncan School of Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Leadership at the University of Technology, Jamaica. She is one of the few National Business Incubator Association (NBIA) certified Incubator Managers in the Caribbean and enjoys working with entrepreneurs.
In addition to managing the TIC incubator, Miss Palmer lectures in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Organisational Behaviour, International Management, Training and Development, as well as Creativity and Innovation Management in Entrepreneurship, at two of Jamaica’s premier universities, University of Technology, Jamaica and University of the West Indies.
Dionne is one of the longest serving Incubator Managers in the Region, having worked with many successful entrepreneurs, who have won both local and international awards.
Entrepreneurship is a growing area of passion for Dionne, as it is seen as the engine of growth for the community and by extension the nation.
